CareerLeader®
CareerLeader® was developed over 10 years ago by two psychologists from the Harvard Business School and is used by over 250 business schools around the world. It provides a comprehensive on-line assessment tool that will profile your career and business interests, work values, strengths, weaknesses, organizational fit, and entrepreneurial attributes. The assessment includes 3 sections. Each section can be completed separately since CareerLeader® will save and store your assessment. Allow 1 ½ to 2 hours to complete all 3 sections.
If you are a currently enrolled EMBA student and you would like to take CareerLeader®, please e-mail your request to Susan Dearing who will provide you with access information. Currently enrolled FEMBA students should e-mail the Professional MBA Programs Career Management Center for access information. Both the EMBA and FEMBA career services counselors are available to discuss your completed assessment.
If you are an alum and are interested in taking CareerLeader®, you can explore the program by going to http://careerleader.com/ and taking the "guided tour" on the site. If you decide you want to use CareerLeader®, just indicate that you are an Anderson alum on the ordering page and you will automatically receive a $20 discount off the cost of the program. Also, for those alumni who used CareerLeader® while at UCLA Anderson, you now have ongoing access to look up your final results at no cost.
