Why Research?
Once you’ve done the necessary internal research or self assessment to identify your target job(s), the next step is to do your external job market research. Doing strategic and targeted research allows you to take a truly proactive approach to managing your job search.
There are several ways to access research information . As a UCLA Anderson student or UC alum, you may be able to access UC-licensed databases. If you studied at other undergraduate or graduate institutions, you may also have access their library resources as alumni. Public libraries can also provide other key information sources including online resources.
Rosenfeld Library Research Resources
Alumni should bear in mind that remote access to many of Rosenfeld Library's research databases may be limited to currently enrolled students. However, you are always able to come to the Library during its business hours and access the research databases from one of its two public terminals.
